Ok New dilema!! UPDATE!!!!!

Ok I tried to change my cheat free star to 2 days well if I change my star I have to get rid of some clippies because the system will not let me change the star and post the changes because of the new picture restictions. So I keep the WISH banner and what else?? The cheat free star, the gold shiny star of the alex challenge clippie!!!! ANd for a change I was so close to getting the second alex challlenge clippie!!!!!! Oh my what to do...............

Update!!!!!!!

THey changed the limit to 8!!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOOO ok so I had just gotten rid of 2!!! I got my alex clippie back but can not find the twinkling gold star!! Oh well I guess I will just have to live without it!!!!

I know, this stinks. I was trying to change my star to 6 and it won't let me.
I know they were cracking down on pictures and stuff, but I asked on the tech board about a week ago and my sig was good.

I wonder if this is some kind of system quirk? I don't have much in my siggy, I just replied to a post about exericise and had to DELETE a smiley to get the post to go through! Rats!

On the community board there is a post from pete about pictures. Smilies are included in this and there is a limit of 2 due to the amount of bandwith pictures use. I was not sure is sigs counted but since the system is set up to not let you post if you are over the limit I whought sigs were ok since I could still post!! So I will have to think it over and see what I am willing to part with. I will probably keep the WISH banner and the cheat star but I worked really hard for the ALex clippie and I love my little star so oh what a decision!!

Me, too. I can't change my star either. I don't think that anyone really knows what is allowed anymore. Except for those smilie things. I have heard that many posters that have put more than two smilies in a post get the same message.

I thought that the WISH banner and patriotic pictures were not counted in the signature.

I can't update my star either.

Since I use a WebTV for a internet access, if I delete a picture, then I will lose it forever. (insert sad face here...lol.)

I really want to keep my twin towers picture in my signature.

And I would like to keep my WISH 15-lb. clippie.

I guess that I will have to give up the STAR, and nativetxn's link to DIS Meets and DIS Photos, and Pandypaws links to all the old DIS meet's photos, and my HUG link and all the rest.

But I may wait a few days or weeks and see what happens.

Since I use links in my Adkins info thread, I won't be able to update that either.

I tried to change my clippie last night to the 20 pound one and it wouldn't let me. I understand about the bandwidth restrictions but I hate to get rid of my CF Star or my WISH clippie. They are both so motivating to me. It really helps keep me on track knowing they are there!

OhioMinnie, I checked on the tech board about my siggie and was told it was ok, too. So I thought I was ok?? (insert confused smilie here--cause I'm already over the pic limit in my siggie)

I also went to the Tech Boards to have my siggy checked and got the Okay.

I changed mine the other day and lost everything else, but I am being lazy now and not putting my links back in...I think I will just leave what I have now though, it really brings out the gold in that clippie!!
