OK... I think I am going to start but where do you get those Ketosis strips??

I got the Atkins book from the library yesterday and I think I will be starting this soon but I need to find out where to get the strips for the ketosis thing.

Check out the local pharmacy...usually I can find them at walgreens...if you search real hard Walmart carries them...I find them near the Low Carb bars in my superwalmart.

I got mine at Netrition for $7.95 for a container of 100 strips! I also know you can buy them at Rite Aid as well, I have seen them there too!

At my Super Wal-Mart, I had to ask for and pay for them at the pharmacy. They wouldn't even let me pay at the main registers, when I paid for the rest of my stuff. It was very strange...
They had the Bayer strips in a bottle of 50 for just under $12 w/tax.

I bought the strips that Beanie mentioned but they aren't the Bayer brand and I really don't like them as well. The color guide never matches the colors on my sticks, don't know why.

I just pay the big bucks and buy the Bayer brand Ketostix at RiteAid
