For all Regular Auction-Style, Fixed Price listings, and eBay Motors non-vehicles listings whose starting price is less than or equal to $9.99, the insertion fee will be $0.15 on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com). This includes listings created prior to June 11, 2003 and scheduled to start during the promotional period June 11-13, 2003.

For multiple quantity listings (Dutch and Fixed Price listings): The 50% off insertion fee is based upon the Opening Value of the items you list for sale. The Opening Value is the starting or fixed price per item multiplied by the quantity of items you offer. (Example: If you had 5 items for sale at a starting price or fixed price of $1.50 each, the Opening Value would = $7.50. This listing would be eligible for the 50% off insertion fee because the total Opening Value ($7.50) is less than $9.99.
