We've stayed at the BWI twice in December ~ both times during the week before Christmas. Not sure exactly what you're asking about what to do "then". You can do most everything you'd do when you're visiting the BW during other times of the year. The weather fluctuates ~ it can be 80-some degrees one day and then in the 60's (and windy!) other days. Bring a variety of clothing One of the fun things to do at Disney during December is to visit the other deluxe resorts to see their Christmas decorations. You'll find that the BWI lobby is beautiful at that time of the year.

We LOVE the Boardwalk in December! The decorations are amazing - including that HUGE chocolate dislplay in the lobby. It's incredible and I'm dreaming about the smell right now. We also love being so close to Epcot, because World Showcase is our favorite place to visit during the Christmas season. And, it's a quick walk or boat ride to MGM to see the Osborne Lights. We especially love shopping and wandering around on the Boardwalk - especially during the festive Christmas season. It's just a great time to be there!
