On our recent trip we ordered drinks at dinner. I believe it was called Island Sunrise or Island Sunset. Does anyone know the recipe or have any ideas on where to find the recipe?

I found a recipe for a Hawaiian Island sunset at drinknation. The recipe is

Ingredient Amount

Amaretto 1 oz.
Rum, coconut 1 oz.
Rum, mango 1 1/2 oz.
Schnapps, peach 1 oz.
Grenadine 1 dash
Lemonade 2 oz.
Pineapple Juice Fill with

Build in highball glass filled with ice, stir and enjoy!

However I checked on allearsnet under the dining section, this drink is actually called Island Sunset it has spiced rum, Malibu, melon liqueur and peach schnapps combined with guava passion fruit juice, although I do not know the proportions. I will take a stab at them, you might want to play to figure out what you like best.

1 oz. spiced rum
1 1/2 oz. Malibu rum
1 oz. Melon liquer
1 oz peach schnapps
Guava fruit juice fill the rest of the glass

Fill a high ball glass with ice, pour in the spiced rum, Malibu rum, melon liquer, peach schnapps, fill with guava juice and stir.
