Sorry but the characters are only during breakfast. Til 11am i believe.

At dinner they only have this woman who sings and does stuff with the kids like coconut races and the like.

PP is correct, no characters at dinner. But as said above, there is a lady that does coconut races with the kids, sings and entertains.

Lilo and Stitch are at Breakfast and this lady with a grass skirt does some entertainment for the kids it was cute. Didnt like the food though

Only at Breakfast and it was one of our favorite character meals! We enjoyed the food and the characters didn't seem to rush off as fast as other places we went

Hey there Gayles!

Yes, my collegues above me are correct ... there are no characters at Ohana for dinner. HOWEVER, in my opinion, Ohana is a WONDERFUL dinner in which to partake! OUTSTANDING food, a wonderful view of the grounds and Castle across the lake (Depending on what table you get), and entertainment provided by Lipoa ... a woman who is a fixture at the Polynesian and has been there since my parents first started going there all those years ago!

If you've never been I would be HAPPY to give you a write up on the specifics of the Ohana dinner. Now, as to your original post ... you wanted to know if there were characters at Ohana for dinner ... now, are you looking for a character dinner or just a character meal in general or maybe even specific characters?

There ARE characters at the Ohana breakfast, however, my family and I weren't thrilled with that meal ... especially considering that the Ohana dinner is our favorite meal on vacation ... hands down!

Every time I have eaten at Ohana for dinner there was a character.... ME. My wife tells me I'm goofy and a real character all the time. There's a few I have met on the DIS who would agree with her.
