if my ADR is for 8:25 am what time should I be getting on the bus from AoA?

also, what time do you think I'll be arriving at Epcot as we plan to go there right after breakfast.

I'd be at the bus stop no later than 7 AM.

You'll be arriving to Epcot probably around 10:45.

Well, so for the bus, you need to bus from AOA. You may have to wait for the bus. Then you bus to MK. Then you walk from the bus area to the monorail area, which are on opposite sides of the main gate and not right next to each other. Then you potentially wait for a monorail. Poly will be 2-3 stops away depending on if you get off at TTC or Poly; at that time of day and for Ohana I'd get off at Poly. Disney generally say to allow 1.5 hours between places, and I think that's pretty fair when making this transport switch series.

Uber, you will wait 10-15 minutes for the car, then it'll be $8-10. If you need a car seat, the price will be higher ($16-20) and the wait longer. Kids under 5 MUST be in car seats under Florida law.
