Ohana switchover of food at Thanksgiving

We will be going to WDW this November, arriving the Saturday before Thanksgiving. We have eaten at Ohana the last two trips down and have enjoyed it a lot. We want to eat there again, but I know they switch over to a meal of turkey, dressing, potatoes, etc a few days before Thanksgiving. We wish to eat the normal Polynesian dinner. Does anyone know what day they switch from the Polynesian food to the "Thanksgiving Day" food? Thanks,

I would like to know this answer too. We will be down Thanksgiving week as well and plan to eat here. But definitely don't want the Thanksgiving fare. We were thinking of booking it for Tues. night.
