I will start with the positive,
Bread Pudding- Out of this world
Chicken Wings- Yummy
View of Fireworks-Really cool
All other aspects for me are a negative and I responded about this in the thread about where in WDW you would never ever eat again. Service is rushed and spotty. If you go, please come back and tell us the timing of the bread, salad, app, sides and meat and dessert for us it was practically brought all at once. And hopefully you do not wait an excessive amount of time to be seated in the first place like we did. This place is LOUD. I'm not kidding. Like food court or high school cafeteria loud.
The bread is hard and dry. The salad is bagged with dressing. Nothing more than lettuce and carrot shreds. The veggies are frozen and the noodles are sticky and overcooked and reminds me of ramen from college. The meat is ok but if you have ever eaten at a Brazilian steakhouse, it is not like that. It's so random here and you can be stuck with what don't want and waiting for more of what you do and never get it or get it with dessert b/c you cannot find your server to save your life.
Like you I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. And I went in really wanting to love it. I watched something on Ohana years ago on the Food Network and I have wanted to go ever since! But I can say that I will never go again. If you go, I hope it is different. And things can change from service to service and everyone has opinions.
