After reading some dinner reviews on Ohana and seeing those delicious dumplings, I wante dto take df there for our anniversary of one week...

But when I search under dining ohanas breakfast with friends comes up... Just a little confused.. .hope you can help. Sorry so many questions!

Kona and 'Ohana are two different restaurants both at the Polynesian Resort.

'Ohana has a character breakfast and a set family style dinner that includes meat skewers, scalloped potatoes, veggies, salad, shrimp, and bread pudding.

You may be thinking of Kona if dumplings is what you are looking for. I don't think that is on the 'Ohana menu. Go to allearsnet.com and click dining and they have all of the menus available to look through and so does the DIS under the dining tab.

OHana and Kona are both at the Poly. Both are very good. I have only been to Kona for lunch but it was good. They have amazing looking desserts. Ohana is casual, family style. They have a character breakfast and then an all you can eat dinner that has fire grilled meats served on skewers, augratin potatoes, etc. The bread pudding is to die for. DF and I love OHana and actually plan to have our dinner there after our wedding. OHana has done some menu changes in the past year and I did read that they added some dumplings for awhile but I'm not sure if they are still there or not. Check out the links posted above... you can't go wrong with either place. If you're going soon you may have trouble getting reservations though... it's a very popular place.
