'Ohana breakfast or California Grill

trying to choose between the two. I would give anything to do the California Grill. It's me and my three kids, 7, 7 and 12. But the cost of the character meal is about a third of the brunch. Is California Grill worth the splurge with kids?

Personally I wouldn't pay to take 7 year olds to CG, especially the brunch. It be one thing if for dinner & fireworks.

I would go with the Ohana breakfast/characters until they are older.

Yes. Mickey and Pluto too.

We never miss Californian Grill when at Disney, we usually go twice (Although not been to the brunch yet) and my kids enjoy it as a 'special' meal, but I'm not sure given the choice at that age they'd choose it over a character meal. If your kids have a lot of other experiences planned then why not treat yourself.

Only you know your kids - but unless they are foodies and will enjoy the experience I'd go for O'hannas.
