Sorry, I posted this as a reply instead of a new thread earlier...OOPS! :rolleyes1

Hello! Has anyone or is anyone planning on O'hana for dinner after their Intimate??? I am planning taking all of us (18-20 ppl) for dinner after our 2:30 PM ceremony. I have heard other brides talk about calling Narcoosee's and Citrico's directly rather than WDW DINE for reservations, but not O'hana. Does anyone have the direct line to O'hana or know how all this works??? I know from working in WDW reservations that they can't always guarantee that large parties will be seated together, but if you speak w/ the restaurant directly can they arrange that? I'm figuring on one of the earliest seatings to make it easier.....
Anyone?
Thanks!!!

HI..I do have the direct line to the managers line on a business card I have at home. If I can find it I will PM you. We did our rehearsal dinner there for 50 people, it worked out fine. There was acutally a Bride and groom having there dinner there is about 15 people or so as well. Just to be warned, its a fast paced restaurant and are constantly comming out with food so there is not alot of time. For our rehearsal dinner we hardly ate because the entertainer had us out of our seats alot along with the bride and groom there. Don't get me wrong, it was a blast and lots for fun for everyone but if you are looking at a more intimate place to eat or slower pace I would go to a place like Citricos...etc.

Thanks for replying...I'd appreciate it if you could find that number for me!!!
It's going to be pretty casual and out of the 18 people 5 will be kids under the age of 12, so at least they'll be entertained and I know they will eat the food!!!:thumbsup2
I look forward to hearing from you soon!!!
Thanks so much!!! :goodvibes

We ate there and were able to be seated less than one minute before wishes started-- just as we sat down by the window it came on (they timed it just right!)

Would you mind pm'ing me this as well?

I have made our ressie through central line but would love to talk to the manager directly as I was told we could probably not sit together.

oh and me too! we're eating dinner there that evening! thanks!

Could someone PM me the name and number for the manager of 'Ohana as well?? We're probably going to have over 20...we have a few kids that aren't coming to the ceremony, but I didn't want them to miss the fun at the restaurant. I've actually never been to dinner there, is it hectic?? The only reason I ask is because my parents and my FFIL get a little anxious around large crowds....just want to be sure that it will be enjoyable for them as well.

Thanks!!

I don't think it's terribly hectic.....not as loud and hectic as say, Chef Mickey's.....but as the previous poster said, being a wedding group, :bride: we're likely to get more attention than if we were just regular diners!
If anyone has the direct telephone number, please PM me!!!
Thanks!!! :thumbsup2

sorry to ask the same question, but can I have a PM too. I would like to do ohanas after my intimate for about 18 ppl. Is it a good place to have an informal meal? I have never been but I have heard good things on these boards!:goodvibes
