Oh wise ones -- any advice for a newbie on choosing a vacation rental home?

Debbie, I know what you mean! It's so easy when you don't know a thing!

I am considering a home rental for feb next year. It will be 4 single adult women and a 2 year old. I want one of the newer develpments & a pool home with a hot tub. 4 - 5 bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths. If anyone has a specific recommendation, please let me know!

OOPs...sorry about the "unsuspecting" comment...poor choice of works....I just posted at Go to Orlando to a family asking about Highland Reserve and told them they would be very happy there and the drive was no problem.....so, again, sorry about the comment........Ted
