Oh to be a fly on the wall in the Disney ROFR room!

So to try and pass the time here while I wait (and wait) to hear about the offer we put in on our contract ($129-$22640-160-SSR-Dec-0/20, 0/21, 160/22, 160/23- sent 3/31), I sit here and wonder what it's like to be in the ROFR room. LOL! Based on what I have read on these boards, there is very little logic to this process and some resorts are taken back in waves and others not so much? Are they nice people? Do they take lunch breaks? Do they like to have Dole Whips at the Magic Kingdom? What is their favorite resort?

I also chuckled at the thought of Disney asking some of their ROFR team to join these boards and report back the gossip...HA! Just to keep us on our toes. But really, I have too much time on my hands as I wait...sending pixie dust to all and hoping for good outcomes soon. DAY 34 and counting....
