This Dining review led me to your TR's. I have spent the last day and a half (while sick with a double ear infection) reading everything you have wrote. You are such a great writter. I even told DH about you and your family last night.
I feel like I know you all now! LOL
You need to write a book. Or Help me write mine! I have been attempting to start writting about our adoption adventures but I certainly don't write like you.

Love your report on you "road trip" food. Those biscuits and gravy, oh my! They look good but one bite of those and I would have to stop at every gas station restroom from there to WDW.

I'll have to consider Garden Grove next trip. A little red vino and the antipasto, I'd be a happy camper. You didn't mention, how was the bread?

Dawn - finally found this report (someone else posted a link to it); have to go catch up but glad you are writing it. I don't think we've ever eaten TS in Disney except way, way back when it was just MK and Epcot and to make reservations at Epcot you had to call that morning! (that just shows my age!). And we are food snobs, I'll admit it, my husband is from Long Island, NY and I lived there for 15 years and worked in Manhattan where you could find the best of any kind of food. Now I live in a small City in the south, which I love living in the South, but the food choices are not great. My next trip to Disney will definitely include a dining plan and I can't wait to find out which restaurants are worth it and which ones to ditch. And thank you to the poster who put your jalapeno dip recipe up - I had wanted to try it before, but forgot to write the recipe down.

Hi everyone. We are back from SC but I got been sick with sinus crud while gone and croupy cough. Now Dan has it and to top it off, last night I ended up in ER with this stupid hiatal hernia acting up again. They think all the coughing like a 99 year old smoker might have helped trigger this episode because I have been okay since January. 4 sticks for IV's before one finally went in and 2 for the lab lady to get blood drawn. They had to dig finally for the IV to go in on the top of my upper forearm and I think the nurse may have ended up in my right thigh with her javelin attempt.

Seriously, I sobbed and had snot bubbles. Not a pretty look but more painful than any before. I have probably had 200 IV's in my life and my veins suck to begin with and now they are worse off just due to wear and tear. I have always fought getting a permanent port put in but after last night, I may give in.

I will hopefully be back to business later today. Percocet for pain and zofran to not throw up from the Percocet!
