My mother offered me the best gift she was going to "pay" my disney hotel room with her Aeroplan we couldn't offord to go to disney without points.

Now as we are ready to book we looked o the website and call only to find out that they no longer offer Hotel or Tickets to Disney

When they did stop, it was there 2 months ago!!!

I asked them if they would have it again the lady didn't even know they did offer it before...

I've noticed Aeroplan (like Airmiles) tend to have offers that come and go. Disney and other attractions are quick to "sell out". While Airmiles tends to restock quickly (albeit with points increases), Aeroplan is always hit and miss. Perhaps try calling again, and asking for a supervisor/manager. I know in the past they had better insight on the rewards, compared to the front line staff.

You can still get American express gift cards with Aeroplan points which you could use to pay for the room.
