Oh No! Ordered Disney card online $150 but it was the Store ONLY GC!

I was buying to pay for our dining plan Im holding for CS now am I too late? Anyone else made this mistake? How did you correct it?

Are you sure it is for the store only? Almost all Disney Gift Cards can be used at the Disney store, but it also can be used at all WDW locations, including meals. Go to Guest Services at WDW and they can probably change it for you, or go to a Disney Store and purchase a regular Disney Gift card that can be used for your food.

If you accidentally bought the online GC at disneystore.com, try calling them (800-328-0368) to see if they can fix it for you.

You cannot buy a WDW gift card with a Disney Store gift card.

I did that, it made me so mad when it came and I had store credit!

If you haven't purchased your tickets yet you can purchase park tickets at Disney store locations.

I did that one time too. I get the e-mails from CardPool, and when I did it, I just emailed the company and told them what happened.

I got a response that they want there customers to be 100% satisfied all of the time, they then returned my money.

If you have received the card, then I am not sure. But I caught my mistake the day I bought it.

I did the exact same thing once.
I emailed customer service and they were very nice about changing things for me! It shouldn't be a problem.

I had the same question. It is a company that will buy your gift cards and sell them at a lower price.

I would contact the Disney Store. I screwed up an order (it shipped to our old address) and they did a return to sender and reissued the order for me with no charge to me. I bet they can help you out.

I don't know. Maybe because they are two different entities. You could never buy Disney Dollars or tickets with a Disney Store gc. I couldn't even use my Disney Store credit card to buy tickets there.
