Since I'm on CORE WW, I've been living on whole wheat pasta, fat free cottage cheese and yogurt, fresh fruits, fresh veggitables, etc. I'm going out of town tomorrow, and will have to find a lunch, a dinner, a breakfast, a lunch, a dinner, and a breakfast to eat. OMG OMG OMG.... what to do what to do?? :scared1:
 
Have you thought about moving to FLEX for a few days or a week. It will keep you on program and give you some more options. Good luck with whatever your decide.
 
:wave: I know I am too late to help this time, but maybe some of this will help the next time. We recently went away and I packed a cooler with foods that were okay for me to have, this way if I got in a pinch I still had healthy food. I cut up a watermelon and pineapple and stored them in small ziploc containers and baggies; I brought imitation crab and lobster meat, cottage cheese and fat free cheese. I had access to a cooktop so I brought my Egg Beaters with me as well. When we went out to eat I tried to customize my meal, one night I ordered a hamburger on a bed of lettuce and tomato and instead of the fries I had the vegetable on the side. Fish and chicken are always good out if you ask them not to use heavy sauces.

Hope you had a nice time away and that you found something that worked for you. MaryAnne had a good idea too, switching to Flex for a week is always an option too.
 
I 'third' Mary Anne's idea--switch to flex for the time you are on vacation. At least it gives you some flexibility and being on core you already have alot of discipline and know the plan. Kudos for you being on core--I lasted 'bout 1/2 a day LOL. Good luck and have a great time!!
