Oh Great Ball of Epcot, will I still love these people when this trip is over?

Loved your report! and I love your family--we all have at least one we want to hide from! Thanks for sharing. (at least I know not to order the Lipton:rotfl:)

Thank you for your wonderful comment. I do love my family even the ones that I'm only related to by law but on our next trip which will be the huge family reunion, trust me, I'll be hiding from more than one!!!;)

To all of my family and friends that have kept up with our latest adventure, I just wanted to let everyone know that our postponded May trip has been rescheduled for June 7-12th. Unfortunately with a heavy heart I must say that Nana's surgery was not a success and she has passed away. This will be the first trip in 38 years that she will not be accompanying me for the reunion.

So many of the memories that were shared at her funeral were from our trips to WDW. The most vivid being one from last years trip in which we visited Goofy at the Disney Visa Character meet. He helped her out of her wheelchair and danced with her. The smile on her face was priceless and will always be a loving memory for all of us. The photopass castmember did an amazing job of capturing her excitment.

So Nana this next trip is for you.

So sorry to hear about your Nana. It definitely helps to reminisce and it's good you have all those WDW memories to look back on. We lost my Father in law on Friday so this past week has been spent doing much the same in our family. Hopefully the trip in June will be a good one in mempry of your Nana.

Thank you for your sweet sentiment and I too am sorry for your loss.

Knowing Nana - she'll be watching over us just waiting for my sister-in-law to do something and then she'll poke my mom and say I told you somethings never change.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Nana. At least you have those great WDW memories to look back on. I lost my Mom last year and just a few months before she passed we had taken her to the beach, I will always cherish those memories.

First let me say I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope all the memories of your Nana will live on in your heart.
"If there ever comes a day when we can't be together keep me in your heart, I'll stay there forever - Winnie the Pooh"

This by far was the funniest trip report I've ever read. I've read all 9 pages of it in one sitting and have laughed out loud so many times my daughter thinks I"m crazy.

Thank you for your thoughtful sentiment and I'm glad that you had a chance to spend some time with your mom at the beach - now when ever you return it will be even more special to you.

Thank you so much for that wonderful quote - it's perfect since she loved the Winnie the Pooh ride.

I'm glad you enjoyed the report. I had a great time writing it. I have learned that when traveling with my family I have to take the good with the bad - it's just that the bad is always so much more funny.

Reading your TR was really entertaining!! I actually laughed outloud at your posrabbitrrel (much to the dismay of my colleagues who think I have a screw loose anyway, without my laughing loudly to myself :lmao:)

I can relate to your family 'fun'. This is why I don't travel with family anymore (except my parents and that is bad enough). I think family members are entertainment all by themselves... though not always the entertainment that we are looking for. Rather like stepping into a ride thinking it is going to be a nice little ride with puppets and music and finding out you are in a rollercoaster-haunted house ride. Still entertaining, but darn shocking if you're not prepared! ;)

Repeat sounds like a character straight out of the muppetshow. Did I misunderstand or is she 37 and does she still live with her parents? :scared1:

Yes, you read it correctly; she’s 37 and still lives at home.

Her other nickname is I’m Forever In College. Since she only needed 2 courses to graduate last spring, we all thought she might actually make it. And then lo and behold, she changed her major again.:confused3 Honestly I don’t even know what her current major is. I think she has pretty well covered the entire academic spectrum by now.

Hhmm, I have never pictured her as a Muppet. Although she and her mom could be the two old men in the balcony, except for the fact that at times, the two old men are actually funny.

Enjoy your upcoming trip.
