Oh Boy! Is this going to be an issue?? Not a resort guest, No dining...but need to get in to a resort using Uber?

Here's the situation...
My friend and her family (4 people) are staying at ASMu and my daughter and I are staying at AKV-Kidani. We are all going together on the DVC bass fishing excursion out of the Wilderness Lodge so we plan to use Ubers to get there. The excursion is in my name so if they scan a band of someone in the other group, nothing will "show" in their system. Do they even have a "roster" of the activities at the resort or is it just dining? I guess I am just afraid that one or both of our rides might be turned away at the security shed.

I would just give everyone the reservation number, or information specifics if there isn't a number. I can't imagine that would be a problem.

I agree with @mom2rtk as long as you have something going on you should be good to go.

It would be no different than those taking a fireworks cruise from BC/YC or CR. No roster for those, just a confirmation. And you can park access the resort, parking or Uber, without problem. I'm sure this will be the same. I'm surprised the confirmation information didn't already include this info. Our fireworks cruise info did.
