Oga’s Seating for 2?

Wondering if anyone who’s been recently could comment; we have an Oga’s reservation Sunday and were wondering if they’re giving parties of 2 a whole booth or putting them at the bar or the standing tables.

We’ve been several times and have only ever experienced one of the standing arrangements. Hoping we might get a booth to ourselves this time! If that’s not happening, might just cancel since we’ve done it before. Thanks!

I haven't been recently, but the last time I went pre-Covid I requested a sit down booth and the CM complied. I asked when I checked in and got in line.

When we were there last week, it didn't seem to be consistent in regards to parties and tables. There were parties of 2 in booths and parties of 6 standing at the center tables (and vice versa!).

You check in online like other dining spots but there is someone standing outside so you could request a booth after checking in.

Great, thanks for the info! We will definitively request a booth and let them know we don’t mind waiting for one if they’re occupied.

I was there yesterday. Larger parties were in booths, but there were also parties of 6 at the standing tables. If you're a party of 2, you can pretty much bet they'll put you at the bar (which, honestly, was way more comfortable than I expected). That said, they're very much enforcing the 45 min time limit and have very quick turnover.

Thanks for the recon! We’ve stood at the bar before and definitely prefer that to the standing communal tables. I guess that will be pretty good considering the distancing, won’t be elbow to elbow with other people this time!

Chairs at the bar in groups of 2 or 3.... We were a party of 2 and got put at one of the stand-up tables. Would've been nice to sit, but those are HUGE booths. I'd imagine that they're still working out the kinks and will make every effort to accommodate your requests - but be prepared to wait.

We ended up at one of the standing stations but it was fine. Nice to have so much room!
