Hello! I’m planning to go to Walt Disney World in April and I am wondering if there is a hotel with both an airport shuttle and a park shuttle nearby. I’m partially wondering if it would be better to stay on site, but I was wanting to save some money and possibly stay in a fancier hotel at the value resort price. Thanks in advance for suggestions!

Looks like DISers with the answers you need have not found your post and you got stuck with me.
Over the years I have stayed along the US192 corridor East & West of I4. Over more than four decades starting with Econo Lodge to Wyndham properties some had service most were provided by a 3RD party paid service and none of these places offered airport service.

I would suggest that you look into renting a car. Staying off site will open a new world of Orlando area tourist entertainment that is not part of WDW or UOR. Of course I would recommend the Windsor Hills Vacation Rental Homes Community that doesn’t offer airport or WDW transportation, but that’s just my bias sneaking in.:) Hopefully someone will come along with some better information for you.

Other than Disney (for this year) and hotels right by the airport you likely won't find any that provide shuttle airport-hotel. Next year Disney won't provide but looks like you can book Mears ... which does offer a variety of transportation options to anywhere. Your best bet is focus on hotels that have a shuttle you can live with to the parks, then find your own way to that hotel.

Personally, other than Disney Springs (which we don't know what the service will be when you arrive) I would only stay off property with a car and drive myself all over. Most shuttles are very very limited, need reservations and charge a fee.

"Fancier hotel" look at Hilton Bonnet Creek or Wynham Bonnet Creek Grand Hotels. Both have great amenities, shuttle to parks and practically on property.

Only the Disney resorts offer this with Magical Express from the airport and then free bus service to the parks.

If you want to save money, I would suggest renting a car or using Uber/Lyft, but that can add up depending on how many trips you plan to take.

Having a car also save you money by going off-site to eat, for example, or to the grocery store.
