Rivers of Light publically debuted on 17th February 2017 at 7:15pm. As new information about this show is announced, I will update this post.
Showtimes:
In March, the showtime moves to 8:45pm, still performing every other night (check MDE for specific performance dates). There will be two performances on show nights, with park closing extended until 9:30pm (as announced 7th March).
From April onwards though, Rivers of Light will be presented twice nightly at 8:30pm and 9:45pm. The operating schedule through June has been announced so far.
Showtimes throughout February were at 7:15pm typically every other day (NOT nightly).
Dining Packages:
Reservations for dining packages are now open at either Tusker House or Tiffins. Each meal includes a non-alcoholic beverage and seating for the show. Reservations can be made online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
This dining package is available at all meal times, but must be at least 2.5 hours before showtime at Tusker House, and 3 hours before showtime at Tiffins.
Tusker House:
Breakfast: starting at: $39.00 per adult and $23.00 for children ages 3 to 9.
Lunch/Dinner: starting at: $52.00 per adult and $32.00 for children ages 3 to 9.
Tiffins:
Lunch/Dinner: starting at: $67.00 per adult and $26 for children ages 3 to 9.
Both dining packages are DDP eligible. Guests booking a dining package will be assigned a showtime (when more than one showtime is being presented).
FastPass+
FastPass+ reservations for Rivers of Light are now able to be booked via My Disney Experience app and website. FastPass+ open 60 days for resort guests and 30 days for off-site guests (as per normal). Due to the shows popularity and limited capacity, FastPass+ is highly recommended if you are not purchasing a dining package.
Seating Areas (as posted by @yulilin3 from Disney RoL survey): DinoLand Seating = Dining Package and Standby Guests; Asia seating = FP Guests. Seating capacity is said to be 5000 (2300 on one side and 2700 on the other)

UPDATED 14th Feb 2017 - Opening Night
Disney has today announced second showings on opening weekend. Shows will now perform at 7:15pm and 8:30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend (17th, 18th and 19th Feb 2017).
UPDATED 13th Feb 2017 - Survey
A survey has been sent out to guests who attended Rivers of Light soft openings over the weekend asking for their opinion regarding things like; seating, cast member interaction, pre-show, and length of show. Another question asked attendees to outline their least/most favorite part, and also rate; visual effects, musical score, performance and quality of show.

Rivers of Light will be soft opening tonight and tomorrow night. FastPass+ reservations will be available the morning of the showing.

Rivers of Light will be soft opening this evening at 7:15pm. FastPass+ reservations available. This preview is likely only going to be for Annual Passholders / DVC Members / FastPass+ holders. No standby available.

It is looking more and more likely that Rivers of Light will makes it debut, or at least show a preview tonight to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Covers are being removed from RoL lighting and BlogMickey on Twitter is reporting that the seating area has been cleared.
