Brand new to the board, but loving this thread. Been so inspired my you guys I've just bought tickets for the MNSSHP too! Going on 9/14 and I can't wait

I just ordered the tickets for the Oct 16th party for myself, DH and my parents for my mom's 60th bday trip! I am doing a happy dance around the house!!

I have a question about the characters...Do they stay around all night 'till the party is over? Do they have Photopass photographers for this? I got tickets for Oct. 30 (Tuesday) I heard that the nights closer to holloween are insane, but this tickets are from one of the dates that have discounts, does this mean that they don't expect a lot of people?

Hi I put this on the main thread, but thought I'd ask here too.

I bought 4 tickets and the cro said he didn't need to know which date the tickets were for, and that the tickets are good for any date of any of the parties, that's not right, is it? thanks

Call them back! I can't believe a CM would say that!

You have to tell her which night you want. The date that you pick will be printed on the back or your tickets.

Certain nights are cheaper (or more expensive) than other nights and she would only know what price to charge you after you tell her what date you want.

Definitely a mistake so call them back. Good luck.

Thanks!! I knew you would be all over that! I'm on hold now (and have been for four disney songs so far!). This second cro (Lemont) was like wow, can't believe you were told you don't need a date.

Done! just hung up with Lemont, he said that my date would have defaulted to the only party during my trip, which would be 9/28, so he said I would be ok, but he did say that the first CRO (Rick) was completely incorrect! thanks again! whew!

Oh I'm glad you got it worked out. That would have stunk if they came with the wrong date on them.

So did he check them and fix them? Either way, when they come in the mail be sure and check the date on the back. If they are wrong, there's a ticketing phone number on the letter that comes with the tickets that you can call.

Only thing is (you helped me on this the other day!), I don't want them cuzz I was afraid of losing them! They will be set up will call, but I think the CRO has it set up correctly now. He kept me on hold quite a while, he said he wanted to make absolutely sure they are correct. (I know that their office is probably huge, but when I told him I thought "Rick" gave me bogus information, he was like, wow! that sure is wrong information, I feel like he went over to the first guy and told him what was up!). Who knows though!

I should probably call in a few weeks, and check on 'em again just to be really sure!

Oh, I see. Well, when you pick them up just check the back before you leave.

We are going October 16. We have been to Disney four times in the spring and never in the fall so I am so excited to go to MNSSHP!

Just ordered tickets for September 14th! We're also staying at POP that night!

DD is planning this whole trip. She's saving up the money, learning about everything, and picking excactly what we're doing. She's having so much fun!

I think it lists where it was last year. I do remember it was free and long lines.

Facepainting is in Toontown, just on the right hand side after you enter Toontown, we did it last year and it was quick and fun, though it rained off sort of later on, starts at 7, is free and they have certain ones to choose from.

There was also a location in Adventureland as well.

Mt DD and I have booked 2 parties 16th and 23rd October being British we have no idea what the temperatures are like in the evening !! My DD feels the cold and I don't lol will she need to wrap up or will a sweater do ?

We have never felt cold in Oct. Not even in the evenings. You have to be careful what kind of costume you pick or you could be really hot all night. My DH has been Goofy, Beast, and Mr. Increditble and he was SO hot all three times and couldn't wait to get his costumes off. We always go the end of October.
