Our 17th anniversary is Oct. 12. I plan on putting everything in a card and giving it to him then...(4 days before we leave).
Let's see him top that! All I can say is if he don't I may have to come back with a new Mickey Diamond ring or something...

I love that you are planning a surprise to...Isn't it the hardest thing ever!!! I have almost slipped and gave in a couple of times. My mom bet me today that I was not going to be able to keep this to myself another 5 months!

What night are you going? We will be there on Oct. 18...Dinner at LTT @ 5:30.

Our 7th anniversary is September 9th & we'll be there the 4th-15th. We're going to MNSSHP on the 14th!! Tony's ADR at 430. I added an extra night just so we could do the party!!

It IS hard not saying anything, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to tell him & when. I know I have to do it far enough in advance so he can take the time off work (although I know it won't be a problem). I just want it to be something memorable!!

I LOVE that I can talk about it here on the DIS though!

I just noticed that the Disney website finally has the MNSSHP tickets for sale online. They seem to still have a couple bugs in their system. After I put two tickets in my shopping cart and tried to checkout, it said my shopping cart was empty.

I'm sure they will get it working in the next hour or so.

Got our tickets for the 31st yesterday! Yippee! Also tried this morning to buy 2 more tickets for our friends that are coming from the website, but I don't think they have all the dates up there yet. You can only purchase tickets for the dates up to 10/16 and they have no price for adult tickets there yet. Weird. I'll try again later.

I e-mailed my Dh's boss and told him what I was doing and asked him to put my DH down the days were taking without him knowing. Told him it was an anniversary girft so please not to say anything! DH's schedule is out for the whole year, so I know the days he works/has off for our trip....and he IS afraid to fly, so it may work in my advantage to wait until last min...but I know that's probably not the way I'll go! You keep me posted on your plans as well!! I was thinking of letting him know next month simply because I just can't stand not telling him anymore!

This weekend he even said, "well if we're not going to Disney this year, we ARE going somewhere!" And I just had to laugh!!

I couldn't put all of my party tickets for both dates in my basket. I put all of the tickets for the 4th and when I went to add the tickets for the 8th they were still labeled for the 4th. I didn't purchase them b/c I didn't want to risk them all being for the 4th.

We ordered our tickets for the party on 10/31 last night! We were on the phone making reservations for my niece and soon to be step-son to do to the BBB that day and they said we could buy our tickets then as well, so we went ahead and ordered. The guy on the phone said that they should be mailed out tomorrow! I'm so excited!

Also, when I ordered our tickets on Fri, I think it was, the CM told me that they would be mailed out just before our departure dated - unless I misunderstood her. I guess I will soon find out

YES! They decorate it a LOT! It's an amazing transformation.

Newbie here with MNSSHP! We are going Sept. 28th, unfortunately that date is not on our AP list. When do we need to purchase our tickets? I don't think that date is on the Advance tickets list either. Help please!

ALL the dates are available for advanced purchase, just some are not available at the AP rates. You can check the website under tickets for special events and price your date out there. If you're sure of your dates, there's no reason NOT to order now!
