We're going Sept 18th. Me, DH and my son who will be dressed as Woody.

How old is your DS? We will also be there on the night of the 18th, DD(9) and I are going as Minnie Pirates and my DH will be somewhat Pirate like (he just wants a pirate t-shirt and perhaps an eye patch.) Are you and your DH dressing up as well? Be sure to say hi if you see us.

We are going on the 18th also. Me, DH, and DS(11). Going as M&M's. Just t-shirts, not full costumes, too hot for us.

Also, going Oct 22, just me with a group of Dis'ers.

<- No longer going in September. Ticket in Hand for October 29th. Costume/ I'll be wearing my Spider-man mask and whatever else I can come up with as far as a costume. I'll truly be your friendly neighborHOOD spiderman

Will be purchasing a ticket in early October for the October 26 party. I'll be going as Captain Marvel/Shazam -costume updated for the hot Florida Octobers

Our pirate costumes are just dresses too, pretty light and short sleeves etc. Hopefully we won't melt. I will watch for T-shirt M&Ms, all different colors or the same color?

We'll be there on 10/29. Myself, DH, and our daughter. Since DH is a Marine, we thought we would all go as Marines! So, we'll all be in cammies.

We arrive at WDW on Oct 23. I bought tix for November 1 as I heard horror stories about sellout crowds on Oct 31. Since then we decided we CAN'T be at WDW on halloween night and not go to the party - so we are doing both!

depending on projected evening temperatures, we may just leave costumes (me-minnie mouse, DH capt jack & DS Moe from the Simpsons) @ home...one time too many sweltering past parties.

This is our first MNSSHP, and I will be a bar wench, and my husband a pirate. The problem is my costume is a full dress, and we have tickets for 9/18. I am worried that it is going to be really hot!!

Just got tickets yesterday for 10/1. Me, DH, ds (7) and dd(4), we will be dressing up as the Aristocats. Can't wait for the party!!!

Just an FYI to anyone traveling to WDW with military members...

I found out today that there is a military discount available for MNSSHP tickets for the following dates:

9/14, 9/18, 9/21, 9/23, 9/28, and 9/30 2010.
The adult price is $37.77 per person (plus tax). She DID tell me how much the child tickets were, but I didn't write it down, sorry!

what is sad is I have called Disney twice a day for the past two weeks and EVERYtime the CM that answers the phone tells me there is no discount for the special events except for a discount for pre purchased tickets.

We ARE traveling with a National Guard member. BUt if this discount is not really happening-- it could cost us dearly in the long run.

My question is-- if we go to the gate on arrival on Sunday morning-- will those people selling tickets know of such a sale? if not we can purchase the tickets ahead of time still instead of the date of the party.

Sept 18th looks pretty empty! You can add, me, my mom, and my daughter to the list! We won't be in full costume, but we will be wearing black embroidered Ts and my daughter will be in a Villains inspired dress.
