Thanks everyone for your concern about DH's injury. We did take some pictures of it. The 2 scrapes on the left leg are worse than the one on the right leg. I told him that he should go to the doctor just in case. Our regular family doctor is not in until Tuesday, but there is a wonderful walk-in clinic with great doctors, just 5 minutes from the house and they are open every day. It's been there since as far as I can remember, and we have had to go there a few times and everything always went well. I had to go there once for a terrible case of bronchitis when my regular doctor was not in, but I couldn't wait a couple of days to see him (it was a weekend). I have asthma so I have to get things like that taken care of right away. They gave me a breathing test and did a very thorough examination. I had a good recovery.

DH is going to call that camp back tomorrow morning. They never called him back today. We're going to the beach from 9:00 to 11:00 tomorrow morning, and when we get home he will call. That way it is the middle of their day and they're not busy with children coming in or with dismissing the children.

His scrapes on the left leg got more red now, and he put more neosporin. He said he feels it tingling every now and again, which I am hoping means it is healing. He took off the gauze pads and it letting it air out too, so he doesn't lock in moisture and allow bacteria to breed.

Thanks again everyone for our concern!! It is greatly appreciated! :goodvibes

Love it!! You'll definitely be able to find your luggage!!:thumbsup2

Thanks! We don't fly, so that never even crossed my mind :rotfl: I just like loud/fun colors :rotfl:

So........how MUCH FUN do we think all our buddies are having that got to WDW this afternoon!!! :goodvibes

Oh they are all definitely having a blast!!! I think today was the day that Wendy checked out of Pop and checked into CR!

Anyway, how much fun are we all having who are still at home waiting to go! The anticipation is so much fun! Tomorrow when I wake up I can officially say, "we're leaving on Thursday" because it will be less than a week away!!!

Yay for you!!! Actually, I'm going to go ahead and let you say that NOW because no one would think you meant today Thursday ;);)

well it's 12.07 est so you most definitely can say you're leaving thursday since it's FRIDAY now :)

Yes! Check TJ Maxx! They don't always have as much homey type stuff as Marshall's, but they do sometimes have luggage. Here's a pic of my suitcase:

LOVE IT!!

I just ordered baggalini messenger bags (green of course). I'd love to hear some opinions from each of you about messenger bags. Do you use them? This is the post from my PTR where I have pics of the bags I ordered.

I love the luggage! I think I am going to try and borrow an extra case from my mom as I am officially out of money :lmao: Took the kids to the ortho and oh my! Two kids in braces at once is taking a big hit out of my wallet! Scheduled the appt for my son the day after we get back. Talk about not wanting the trip to end! LOL! I woke up in the night and realized I should charge it on my Disney Visa to get the points though! Then I have some more "tip" money! I know I have read somewhere where you can go in the parks/resorts to get your rewards card, does anyone know off hand?

Met a really nice family at the park yesterday and the mom is a huge Disney person! We talked for 2 hours, love when that happens! Usually I just tell people we are going to Florida or Orlando for vacation to avoid all those, "again?!" comments!! I was LMAO because she brought it up first and kind of whispered, "we are big Disney people!"

Going out of town tomorrow and then next weekend as well. Hopefully these trips with detract from my longing to be at Disney!

Happy Weekend, trip planning, and trip enjoying for you lucky ones!

I just ordered the same one in khaki. It was set to arrive today or tomorrow so I will let you know how I like it when I get it. I ordered based on advice I received on bags. I wanted something that would hold my stuff, plus a couple diapers and a ziploc bag of wipes for my 19 month old. She doesn't need much at this point so I was trying to rid myself of the dreaded diaper bag. I am not a fan of dragging that thing around the parks again this year. Last year she was 9 months when we went and all the stuff we needed to bring for her each day was ridiculous, but this year hopefully we will be done with that!!! I'll post what I think of the bag in a few days!

And my mom was the one that booked our trip this year so we are in NJ to visit and attend my grandmother's funeral so we finally got all our luggage tags and trip information!!! Since this was not a happy trip it was nice to have something good to look forward to!

We just had an ortho appt Monday - another pleasure of twins - they will be clad in their braces after Disney as well.

We went for eye doctor appts yesterday and my eye doctor is a Disney person too. (I love when I talk about Disney with someone who GETS it!)

I thought about the khaki...I usually go practical, so I decided against it. The bag should fit the essentials for your 19 month old nicely. I have an SLR that I want to carry with some of the needed essentials for our family; sunscreen, bandaids, phone. Dh will be outfitted with a Nike napsack to carry the water.

Sorry about your grandmother. I am glad you have something to look forward to.

I have boarding pass in hand!

This time tomorrow, I will (hopefully) have landed. I am so excited. Hoping the day flies by.... :yay:

Very cute! :thumbsup2 And if I were still in college....

:banana::banana::banana:

Those are Delta Zeta colors and back in the day, I was a DZ. :cutie:

But darn it, now I have to think more practical and buy something more neutral in case DH needs to use it for work or DS needs it for a school trip or something. :guilty:

But I do think I'll check TJ Maxx.

So........how MUCH FUN do we think all our buddies are having that got to WDW this afternoon!!! :goodvibes

Yesterday it was raining in the afternoon and evening according to my weather app. If they were in the park, it meant short waits! :woohoo:

I hope you guys are doing ok. Again, so sorry for your loss.

Isn't it awesome to have those little yellow tags. I sometimes take mine out just to look at them. Admire them and say, "Yes, these are mine!"

You are so close I bet you can almost taste it! :woohoo:

Hey..quick Airtran question.. Do they count purses and laptop cases as carryons?? I know most airlines don't count purses, I am not sure about Laptops..
I am trying to plan our carryons. Gabby will have her own with her activity book and probably her DS or Leapster(maybe both), I also want to carry on our swimsuits so I am thinking about making that be DH's Carry on..but I also wanna carry on some snacks....

ok back 3 pages to catch up!!LOL

I just got Lines uploaded to my Incredible phone and checked out the times for Toy Story Mania yesterday.-- only 90 minutes and FPs were gone by 11am! I'm going to check back today, too, and of course on July 4th to see how quickly they go.

LOVE IT!!

Yes, I have 2 of these bags and love them. One is turquoise blue and the other is bright pink. I plan to use one in the park again as our diaper bag + all the other essentials with 2 kids.

Speaking of braces, my DD will be getting her "Spacers" 3 days before we leave for Disney!!! Braces go on 3 days after we come home.

SRUAIM-LOVE THE BAG!!
Pop Girl congrats on the job!!
