Well, taking my DS15 to the doctor this morning. He has a spot of poison ivy for two weeks that will not clear up and it seems he has new spots on his arm and his face today. Yuck! I think it's time for a shot. We will see what the doctor thinks!

Poor baby! I I hope they can give him something to help!

Well 20 days until our WDW trip to WL. My mom called this morning to say that my grandmother died this morning. She was taken to the hospital last night. So now my mom is helping to plan a funeral before our trip. I guess things happen for a reason and she was in her late 80s and lived a long productive life, but it's still not news I wanted to hear this morning.

I was thinking about trying the Dessert Party. Who is the view to the foreworks?

We ended up giving her some benedryl and she did sleep well (maybe it knocked her out!). She isn't itching as much ... we also put some caldryl lotion on her bad spots. I just hope it was a one-time thing...

I'd love to do the dessert party but when I asked my parents and sister they said it was too expensive. bummer!

Thank you! We now have an oral steroid, a hyped up hydrocortizone cream, and a 3rd cream that I cannot remember what is in it. Maybe an antibiotic as well as a steroid. Not sure. If he's not better in 48 hours, I need to take him back for a shot. The meds she gave us should do the trick.

He should be well in time for WDW!!!

Leave on Friday moning around 9. Am meeting some friends fro the UK. Staying with them in a villa. so it will be me and 6 brits touring the world. This should be fun!

Thank you for the prayers and thoughts everyone. My family is doing okay. Funeral is on Friday in NJ so we have a little trip to make. My mom is doing okay. I didn't know if she still would want to go to WDW, but she said she needs it now more than ever. Between my step dad and now my grandmother, it is a really hard time for her. She said she really needs to get away and just take her mind off of things. I know my grandmother would want her to enjoy herself. She knows the stress my mom was under with the passing of my step dad in December. My grandmom would want her to relax a little. Thanks again for all the thoughts.

I hope everyone that is leaving this week has a wonderful time. I can't wait until it's us!!
