Official Hotel Partner - Quick Queue

I noticed that if I stay at Official Hotel Partner I get Complimentary Quick Queue.

How does it work?
Does the hotel give you something?
Can you get it early in the morning the day you are going to check-in or do you have to wait until check-in later in the day?

The hotel will have a desk that you go to and get your voucher, there is a limit depending on the time of the year and hotel they could go pretty fast. We have not tried to them the day we checked in but we have gotten them on other days without any problems

Are they free? And can you only get them day of?

yes they are free and can get any day your ticket is valid
