Official HHN XX Reviews [MINOR SPOILERS]

Wow - what a disappointing night for Universal. Even after opening Saturday night to FF passholders, the park was still ridiculously empty. We ran in around midnight and it was like a ghost town - there were so few guests there. I guess all the local must have gone with the FF passes because the normal FF pass nights were much more crowded.

Left at 10:00, but never saw a line over 30 minutes up to then; even after 8:00, 5 and 10 minutes lines were the norm The first Bill & Ted show was the emptiest I have seen the theater (well, not counting Fear Factor Live).

It's probably telling that most of the people I did see were under 21. Finnegan's wasn't even crowded by off-season Saturday standards leading up to opening. Tonight might be a bit busier just because all the parties/events (Church St., Plazaween) seemed to be last night, not tonight.

That was our thought as well. Hopefully tonight will still be light in terms of crowds. Hope everyone has a safe Halloween night, whether at HHN or trick-or-treating.
Well...the crowds were back in full force tonight. By 8:00pm, the line for Hollow'd Past was 45 minutes and Catacombs was an hour...and those are just two of back houses. The only house that didn't have a line of at least 30 minutes was ZombieGeddon which was a walk-in.

The waits were definitely higher than Saturday night. Even worse, it really seemed like the Scareactors in most houses were really off their game. Hallowed Past cast seemed to be the most into it, followed by Havoc and Catacombs. Everyone else just seemed to be waiting for the night to end which was disappointing because this was our friends' only night for HHN and they didn't get to see how good the houses could be when the Scareactors were really into their roles.

I do have to give kudos to all the Scareactors in the 20 Years of Fear and the Fear Revealed scare zones. With just a couple of exceptions, they all did a great job of creating a scary and fun environment during the entire season.
