Wow! Wow! Wow! Parade was awesome! Missed welcome because ds over heated and we're at first aid.

Cm said parade will continue to star tours for end. Can anyone confirm?

Saw a video of you on uTube spinning! I was wondering if you were part of the show or a guest that was just a really good ice skater.

Did you like the viewing area for premium package? So bummed for you that DS got overheated!

We parked ourselves next to Jeff from Mousesteps, figured if he's there that's a good spot. It was. There were 75 kids and they had a huge viewing area for them taped off. It was to the far left.

DS can't regulate his body temp. He made it through the parade. He's resting at first aid til we go to singalong. It's part for the course. I'm glad he got to see the parade.

Everyone regardless of age or skating ability is required to wear a helmet. Also, the rental skates are all hockey skates as a heads up. You must also sign a multiple page waiver before skating.

My daughter was annoyed. She said she hasn't worn a helmet since she was like 3 or 4.

She also asked why you had to wear a helmet since you obviously knew how to skate. I told her it's those darn lawyers(I'm a lawyer).

She also said you have a very nice scratch spin. LOL.

Welcome was quick, maybe 15 mins tops then they all went off toward star tours.

Lol thank you! It was strange wearing a helmet that's for sure. Tell her she can only do scratch spins. No sits/laybacks/the obvious like beilmans and camels, no jumps, spirals etc. Scratches, pivots, twizzles and spread eagles are all allowed though. The demonstration was cute but if she's seen pro skating before it was not super technically difficult. Some sit spins and a single axel. It's cute though.

I wiped out once so hopefully that isn't there. There's a bump like line in the center of the ice which isn't big but it's enough to apparently throw you off a spin lol

We loved walking in the parade. Such a neat experience!! Hoping someone has pics!!! But they gave us a photo card so I will check those also!!
