How awesome! Yea pixie dustpixiedust: Have an amazing time:banana::banana::banana:

She is so excited!

Since I will be walking behind the parade I can't take pics of her, so if anyone is here today and watchibg please snap me a few! She is wearing a multi colored polka dot dress with a Minnie girl holding balloons on the top and Goofy holding popcorn on the skirt part. Please and thank you!!!!

I'm following @attractions (thanks for the tip!) and it says that there is a lineup to get Frozen Singalong tickets and it's one ticket per person. Does anyone know if all the people need to be in the lineup in order to receive a ticket, and do children under three need a ticket?

I just hope that they replen the merchandise well enough that there is actually stuff left come the last weekend of the event.

@intercot @***************s @************ also live tweeting with pics & video So much to love about this event! So far. ;)

Lovethatink is deep in Frozen fun this morning. But she wanted me to pass a few things along:

*She got in the check-in line for the premium package around 9:45 and was 20th in line.

*There's one line to check in and get your package lanyard, then another to select your singalong tickets.

*There are a finite number of tickets for each show, so the people who check in earlier will have the best selection of show times.

*The parade viewing for the package includes two different flavors of Frozen lemonade, Coke products and unlimited Mickey bars/ice cream bars.

*The parade is scheduled to come down Hollywood Boulevard, stop at the hat stage for the royal welcome, and then will continue down past American Idol to Star Tours. There are ropes along the whole route.

*And the line for the merchandise at Oaken's Trading Post (and Sauna!) has been long since EMH began this morning. At one point, it reached TSM.

Have not read all the posts on this thread, but thought I would let you know

I got a phone call from membership services, the homecoming team,
and they let me know specifically about the new events at DHS for frozen.

The only two pieces of information that I have not previously heard about (but it could have been posted)
1. This runs until September 11th, according to DVC homecoming team. I did not ask how long it was on for, it was part of the 'script' I believe the CM was reading from.
2. She said for the fireworks, by the hat, all 4 frozen characters would be there.

Hope that helps someone
Im on the fence about getting a ticket, wanted to see the fireworks from further back, but I do have 2 teen frozen fans,.... Im waiting to hear the first hand reports I guess.

They are limiting skaters to 75 per session. Sessions run for a half hour with a 30min break in between sessions for a short demonstration and an ice resurfacing. Everyone is required to wear a helmet and those under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult. It is real ice, not synthetic, but it's a bit bumpy due to a tiny little zamboni. Totally usable though! I was able to spin without issue and people were getting around fine.

I was the first person on the ice at the first session. Very fun and crowded on the ice but not overly so.

The line for merchandise was enormous (I heard someone say 65 minutes) so I did not go in. They do have stuffed olafs and t shirts/pins available for purchase at kiosks on the way over to the frozen area though.

Can someone please explain to me where the premiere theater is? Thanks

Is near the end of San Francisco Street directly across from the extended Muppet queue. It's adjacent to the Cars and Phineas and Ferb area.

Did you have to wear a helmet? I assume you had to rent one. How much was that? Not a big fan of the helmet requirement, I must say.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Parade was awesome! Missed welcome because ds over heated and we're at first aid.

Cm said parade will continue to star tours for end. Can anyone confirm?

I can't find the post right now but the person that said the premium package is sold out for the 30th and 31st of August was misinformed. I just (July 5th @ 11am) booked it for the 31st and the CM said that only today (july 5th) was sold out. She did also mention that they are selling A LOT of the packages today, so I would think they will go fast. I'm guessing most of the public doesn't know about them yet.

Did you like the viewing area for premium package? So bummed for you that DS got overheated!

Saw a video of you on uTube spinning! I was wondering if you were part of the show or a guest that was just a really good ice skater.

Everyone regardless of age or skating ability is required to wear a helmet. Also, the rental skates are all hockey skates as a heads up. You must also sign a multiple page waiver before skating.

Omg really? ! Would you mind pming me the link?
I wiped out once so hopefully that isn't there. There's a bump like line in the center of the ice which isn't big but it's enough to apparently throw you off a spin lol
