I actually had a great week, I went to the doctor yesterday for my vitals/weight/etc. and had a great report!
I weighed in yesterday at the docs at 146! which means I lost 5 pounds since last Friday and lost a total of 20 pounds! YAY, that's my first goal
which also means that in a little less then 4 weeks I have lost 20 pounds, so this doctor I am seeing really works and is worth the money!
I find it a lot harder to diet when I am home in Clearwater/Dunedin and not at school because my family orders the most tempting things and we go out to eat every day. When I am at school, it's just me so I stick to it 100% I must imagine that you all with families must have it even harder! Especially i the rest of your family is not on a diet, I don't know how you do it. Kudos to you!!
I am going to go running today on Dunedin Causeway to try and get some much needed cardio in.
My goal is to be at 140 by next wed (when I leave for Pigeon Forge) but that's pushing it! I just hope I can really keep it up because I know it's only going to get harder and harder from here on
