I created a Google document (for my own use) with the PCC FE info and what we have of the regular FE list.

I have a tip and story to explain why It has probably been said, but I want to emphasize the importance. If you are going to participate in the FE gift exchange on your cruise, make sure you go on the Cruise Meets boards and register with your group and the FE group.
Back in August 2007 I took my first and so far only cruise. I had read about the fish extenders and gotten excited. However, I misunderstood the whole concept. While reading I just assumed that if you hung a FE and hung it outside your door that random people would bring small gifts on board and pop them into your FE. In turn I took load of small things from Japan to share also. Well first night my 2 DDs went around popping things like Japanese fans, Character chopsticks, Japanese snacks and Japan Disney pins into random FEs around the ship. There were far more FEs than we had gifts, but we put stuff into at least 50 FEs. Then we waited. Four nights and Five days passed and the only thing we ever got in our FE was the bill. The girls were disappointed. I just assumed that it was because we were at the end of the hall. Now 4 years later as I begin to research for my birthday cruise in 2013 I understand why.

I do hope everyone understands that people who have signed up are busy creating and gathering "just the right number" of FE gifts to exchange on the cruise.

Just hanging a fish extender outside your cabin will not bring gifts if you're not on the list.

Don't miss out on the fun. Especially if you have kids- they are going to want to see all the fun stuff in their FE every time they return to the room!

One more week left to sign up!!
April 1st is the deadline for PCC 3.0 cruisers.

This lets everyone see how many gifts are needed and to make final decisions and plans for their shopping or crafting.

Bought material to make ours but didn't get around to putting it together this weekend. We also bought a few kid friendly items to give! We'll get more in the coming weeks and hopefully make some things as well!

Less than 3 months now! Can't wait! Had some church friends just get back this weekend from the 5 night cruise and they absolutely loved it! Will get more details from them next week!

I know it's coming up fast now! Going to pay it off in the next week or two once the taxes are deposited! Then we can see about the excursions and see what more we need to save!

Actually, we have always put our names on the gifts we pass out. Sometimes it's nice to be able to find the person and ask a question or offer feedback. For example, on PCC 1.0 we gave out CD's and several people asked my husband where he found some of the music.

We have also received many items in our FE with no tag. So it really depends upon what you are giving.

It depends. On whether the giver wants to remain a secret. Even though not all of the items are necessarily itemized with individual names, the majority of the FE gifts that Disers place in the FEs have a "to and from" indicator on the package.

I had an idea to make personalized bookmarks today. We have a set of Disney Print Creation discs that we use to make invitations and cards. I need to get some card stock.

I had an idea last night to make Disney candies, but I can't find any molds on line. I might make some with a nautical theme or stars. Just an idea!

This is FUN!!!!!

It was a CD of Disney music. Mike is a "Collector" of all things musical and music related. So, he put together a CD of some interesting Disney music. He was able to locate some rehearsal recordings and things you don't normally find.

On the candies..... check out the Wilton website. I've had the most success finding Disney related baking items! Good luck!

I did check the Wilton website and didn't see anything. We are going to do personalized bookmarks and I have bought some things for kids particularly. Going to be looking around for things tomorrow.

I actually just had another idea to use the extra photos that come on the photopass cds to make something. Now to have a day when I can focus on this and nothing else!

Once the group is closed and final I will be putting a pdf together. Most of that stuff won't show up until the list is final. Only a few days left to sign up.

It was a couple pages back.

One tab on the spreadsheet is the PCC FE list, the other tab is the list for the FE list over on the DCL board.

I need to update it with the most recent additions.

I also did my own spreadsheet in Excel and came up with the following. I'll post it just in case it helps someone else also.

Number of Boys and Girls in Groups

0 to 2 year girls = 1
0 to 2 year boys = 0
2 to 5 year girls = 3
2 to 5 year boys = 2
5 to 10 year girls = 10
5 to 10 year boys = 12
10 - 15 year girls = 1
10 - 15 year boys = 7
15 to 20 year girls = 4
15 to 20 year boys = 3
