We usually take Super Shuttle from SNA to DL hotels, but I've seen an official DL bus at the airport. I'm wondering if it would be easier to take it since our next trip I'll be traveling down solo with two kids age 4 & 2.
Anyone know how much the bus costs & has anyone taken it?

Thanks!

We use the service whenever we fly to DL. Our drivers have always been polite and courteous. The bus is always clean, fresh smelling, and have always had very comfortable seats. For the price it is a great service!

Do they show any Disney videos on the Disneyland Express, like WDW's Magical Express does?

Also, it seems like a lot of posters mention that they had to circle for a while on their busses. Does that happen often?

The buses we have ridden on have not shown Disney videos or had to circle anything. Other buses may show videos. The ride to DLH has always been relatively short and enjoyable. Living between Portland and Seattle, we have not traveled to WDW so I a unfamiliar with how the WDW buses do things. One thing we do enjoy is the DL bus is less expensive than a taxi, the drivers are very professional, I feel a LOT safer on the bus than I do in a taxi, and the trip on the bus has always been relaxing:car:

It's not run by Disney, so there are no Disney videos. no videos at all. It's like being on a Grayline (or even Greyhound, different company) bus from point A to point B, except that there's usually a Disneyland themed overlay "sticker" on the bus.

At LAX there are something like 7 terminals all laid out individually. You cannot go from one to the other indoors (at least not easily) and so the bus picks up at each terminal. This can take awhile. That's what people are referring to with the bus circling. (if they are talking about shuttles, those are companies like Super Shuttle who want to see if there are more unscheduled passengers wanting their services, and they will stick around the airport until they feel confident they won't be getting more people...other shuttle companies like Karmel don't do that)

At SNA (Orange County, John Wayne...different names for the same airport) it's not set up like that, it's much smaller, so you won't have that same issue.
