Last Labor day we were on our way to Maine to see DH's grandparents. I would rather have been at WDW I'm hoping for the free dining too but I am worried about how crowded that will make it.

canwegosoon-good luck with the add -on I would love to do a small add on either at BWV or AKLV (or both ) I just can't afford it right now.

Last Labor day we were on our way to Maine to see DH's grandparents. I would rather have been at WDW I'm hoping for the free dining too but I am worried about how crowded that will make it.

IMO the free dining only made the ADR's hard...so book them early even if you don't have a reservation(at the 180 day window-you can always cancel what you don't need). But it was the daily rain that was a slight downer(you just have to be prepared for it)...but it is warm rain so it is ok with me. Just makes rent boats difficult.

I agree. If it wasn't for work we could go whenever we wanted. We went close to Thanksgiving in 2005 but I don't think that will work this year. UGH. Can't everyone else stay home so I can have the place to myself?!?!?!

It's tempting, but I really can't justify it right now....I have been wanting a small add on at BWV forever, then they went and added DVC to AKLV...If I wasn't a year and a half into a 30 year mortgage I would do it!

I would love to own DVC. But that isn't in the cards right now. I think it would be a pretty tough decision on which one to buy into , I know you can stay at the others but still a hard choice.

Well, if it ever is in the cards for you, just consider where you would want to stay most....Also, take into consideration who is offering what incentives to buy, also...But dont buy somewhere you wouldn't be happy staying in the majority of the time.

I like the Boardwalk area...which resort has the fancy pool area? Stormalong Bay or something like that? Thats the one I would love to buy in to. The Animal Kingdom Lodge also seems very nice. But at this point it is just a dream

I figured there would be a lot of people wanting points at the Beach Club , I just love there pool area. And I am not a big public swimming pool person. BWV..is that Boardwalk Villas? I have heard of those but don't know much about them. Which buildings are they? I am guessing they are there on the Boardwalk?

We have 175 pts at SSR and then I did a 57 pt add on at BWV. I have stayed at all except OKW- so we trade around alot...in 2006 (before we had BWV points we were able to trade SSR in for BWV/VWL for 12/23-12/29---we were so lucky, I am not sure that it will keep being so easy, but you never know.

Nichole you might want to start small and so a resale(since through wdw you have you buy 160 points-I think)-But an add on if you keep your eyes open might be in the 85-87dollar per point range and you can sometimes find a 25-50 point contract. And I know with Regg- having a hard time taking off work, you might really want to wait.

BTW whatca gonna say about Regg when Orli shows up? I think I'm gonna tell my DH hes free to run off with his Victoria Secret Angels.....
