I saw the DWTS tour 2 years ago and he was very good!

He and Julianne are my 2 favs on the show, they're both really good and do an amazing job of making their partners look great.

I enjoyed it too....the 6 was harsh, but the 9 was a gift if they broke that many rules.....I think they are all going to vye to be after Kate...makes your dancing look all the better!

Kate-that was horrendous! Buzz was better and deserved higher scores. She walked-just walked. I really don't think she is giving much effort, because that was just pitiful. Poor Tony, he probably can't wait to leave!

The 9 was a gift, but they asked for a performance and boy did they get one!

Kate needs to leave. She is terrible and she has to deal with 'SO MUCH PAPARAZZI' give me a bleeping break! Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have to deal with Paparazzi.

I thought, Evan was amazing, I thought Aiden was much better this week, But he had no real story IMO, Neicy and Louis made me cry, Chad was better, Jake was good too.

Those are the ones that stood out to me, but Kate is not dancing at least Buzz is trying, Kate isn't.

There is something wrong with Kate...I know her family is PA Dutch but she dances like she was raised Amish.

I thought she was from NJ, but I guess she could still be PA Dutch, I know a few that moved to Fla.

I think she was giving it a lot of effort..but she just can't dance. It's really that simple. Some people can't, and she is one of them.
I was surprised this week that she got higher points than Buzz. I mean, I think his dancing is terrible too, but I do think he outdanced her this week.
Derek..I thought they were great. But then, I don't know the 'rules'.

It clearly isn't her forte--but I don't think this "skit" or song was her or Tony's idea.

She can't dance and I expected as little prior to the season even starting.

I'd like to see her last one more week though to see if she can take these notes and do something.....

But her hair and her costume isn't her fault and I believe helped contribute to the awkwardness.

She did have some cool tricks I wasn't expecting though...stuff I could only dream to do. The rest of the "dance" was horrendous though.

I thought because of some of the "moves" they made, she deserved higher than Buzz. The rest definitely looked like she was walking. Stiff dancing would have been better IMO - I think the choreography was partially to blame for that.

I also feel bad for her. She is trying to hold herself together after a very tough year and can't risk letting go.

I think her angst about the paparazi is justified. I think every "celebrity" has that same problem and it's worse when you're in crisis. Just because someone else may have it worse doesn't make her relationship with them any easier.

I agree I thought she looked really depressed. I kinda feel bad for her but she has plently of money that can buy her the best doc to talk to. She looks like she needs to visit with someone about things going on. Looks like she's holding a lot of feelings in.

I actually thought Kate's dance was a big improvement from last week. I think that is why the judges gave her 5's. She stayed in character and remembered the whole dance. It was still horrible, but you could at least see the effort. Not to mention the Paso is a very stiff dance...I think it is really difficult to balance the stiffness the Paso requires with the fluidity of movement good dancing requires. They always say it is a much more difficult dance than you would think. I will also say it again, I think Tony does a horrible job with his choreography and never challenges his dancers. I think he over simplifies the dances and then the stars have no room for error and overthink things.

Buzz's dance was horrible and he didn't even try to get into character. He is just way too analytical, that is just the way he is wired. All his dances look alike At least Cloris tried to act in her dances.....I must say though that Ashly is an absolute saint. Her patience is incredible. She is doing a wonderful job in a difficult situation.

I think Buzz should go this week and Kate next week....but who knows. They will probably both be safe though....

I am also surprised that noone has commented on how some of the stars treated their partners last night. I think the way Jake was talking back to Chelsea was worse than Tony/Kate last week....but ABC kind of glossed over it. Also the Niecy/Louis story.....ABC didn't seem to want to touch that one with a ten foot pole.....

After watching the 3 pro pairs dance the examples of what dancing a story should be, DH and I are standing firm behind our stance that Chad was paired with the WRONG dancer. After seeing Anna dance, she would have been a much better fit height wise. They even showed it in Chad's clip. Cheryl said something about his arm not being in the right place and Chad came back that if it had been, she wouldn't have been able to reach it.

While Adien, Chad, Jake, and Pam aren't our fav's, they deserve to be here a lot longer then Buzz and Kate.

Love the chemistry between Maks and Erin. I really liked their dance. Nicole and Derek - WOW, just wow. Len the ol' cranky pants. You said tell a story, they told a story and then some. And while they did break a rule(s), it wasn't a 6 performance.

Kate just has no natural ability to dance. She doesn't get that there is strength to her frame without it being rigid. God love him, but I don't know how Tony can get her to understand that. Maybe a valium or two would help. And as someone earlier posted - what the heck was up with her hair and costume?!?!? Neither did anything to help her "look". The bodice of her dress was horrid!! And that was only after I got past the the awful side pony. If this is what they are going to do with her longer hair, please go back to the old kate do. Atleast she can work it.

I don't think that was her longer hair. It was about 2-3 times the length she finished with.

Frequently they will do temporary hair extensions and hair pieces to go for a look--so their natural hair length is irrelevant at times to the disaster the show creates.
