Has anyone who renewed their D23 membership received their new card and calendar? It's almost been a month since I renewed and nothing! I haven't recieved the spring issue of the magazine yet either.

I think that is what they are doing...Waiting til March. They put the join 30 days in advance to get free gift and we all did not thinking we would have to wait til March to receive our stuff!

I got mine too!
Fingers crossed that the rest of the materials (pin, calendar, magazine) will be coming in the next week or so!

Also, for anyone wondering: the membership card is exactly the same, just with an extra year added to the expiration date

It still isn't letting me join after days and days of trying. Called the phone number and they are supposedly escalating the issue.

This is from the bottom of the page of the Gold renewal. So my question is....What month? The end of the month that you placed your order?

D23 memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your Renewal Membership Card will arrive within 10-12 business days after the end of the month. The rest of your Renewal Membership Packet will arrive within 3-4 weeks after the end of the month.

I received my D23 gift calendar today but the spring issue of D23 magazine was not included with it. The calendar starts with February 2010. Looks like they're sending the membership kit out in bits and pieces.

I received my membership card yesterday! Said I had to contact customer service to activate it! Think that might delay the membership package and my Spring edition of the magazine

Finally was able to get someone to resolve the issue for me and I was able to purchase a Gold membership. Will I be receiving emails and such like that soon or am I not officially a member yet?

Exactly what I said, it is D23's Quarterly case for their magazines. It was offered during Magic & Merriment and I decided to buy one. It is big enough to fit just the 4 magazine and it is dated with "Vol 1 2009" on the bottom.
