What about Def Leppard? They are one of my favorite bands. I'm seeing them next month!

I was sad to see Chickezie go.

I was surprised to see Ryan point out that David Cook did a cover of Chris Cornell's version of Billie Jean. Last night I thought he did it himself. I like David but he needs to make sure it doesn't seem like he's taking credit for a song arrangement he didn't do.*

Jason-cracks me up. I really like him because he's just so- himself. Oh and just because he has dreadlocks, it doesn't make him a stoner. That's just stereo-typing.

I really think Ramiele or Kristy should have went home, oh well.

*ETA-I was wrong they did say it was that guys version David did last night, I missed it, probably yapping as usual. LOL

Did anyone see Idol Tonight on the TV Guide Network before? I don't know if it was mentioned yet, but they asked all the guys what they did with their first ever paycheck. Chikezie said he bought video games, Michael said he bought clothes, David Cook and Jason put money towards their cars, and David Archuletta... paid his grandma's rent. He said his first paycheck came from winning a talent contest in Utah and his grandma was struggling with her rent so they used his money. I'm all for family and helping each other out, but that's sad in so many ways. Who puts their kid in a talent show and then takes away the prize?! I can see putting it away for college or saving it for when he's older, but using it for the family's rent? If that's not "stage parenting" I don't know what is. I can't even make fun of him anymore because now I just feel bad for him. He's been his family's cash cow since he was old enough to sing I really do feel bad for the kid and hope he does well.

Aww that's sad. I wonder if that's the whole reason they had him enter the talent show.

Yes, my friend thought Ryan said it was "Crystal Gale's" version last night. Chris Cornell put David's version from YouTube up on his own site, so I guess he didn't mind the publicity from last night and tonight.

in my opinion, i just don't think she deserves to be there. she's constantly in the bottom 3, and her performances always lack any kind of personality. she's like a robot up there singing....strange dance moves and all. she should have been gone weeks ago. but nope, she'll stick around for a few more weeks now.

i know, it is sad. i hate when that happens. this competition has nothing to do with race, it has to do with talent....or popularity lol. but either way, race has nothing to do with it.

Remember season 3 when Fantasia, Latoya and Jennifer Hudson were all in the bottom three? I remember Elton John basically called America racist....so stupid. And then Fantasia ended up winning anyway.
