in the half, there are characters at least every mile or so after the first two miles. some miles have multiple characters, 3-4 at the most i think. although i feel like this past year they were lacking from the end of MK - mile 8.
in the 5k and 10k, there was little to no entertainment/characters before you got to epcot. i think there were one or two meetable characters on the 10k (not including elsa, standing above us all on an overpass), and one on the 5k, but that was it. the lack of spread on the characters meant for very long lines once they started showing up.
it could be a good way for you to do your intervals, but it depends on the line. i waited five minutes to see mary poppins/bert/penguin, and i know some others are just as long (the villains, royal mickey/minnie, cinderella/charming. my practice is to only take pictures with those i've not met in the parks, and all others i just pause and snap a photo![]()
Thanks, What a great idea of only taking pics of Characters you do not normally see in the parks. I would have never thought of that.
