I've looked at the menus and it left me wondering if there is some kind of push for more plant based stuff.

Definitely seems like a difference from F&W when plant based was cut back vs prior years. Maybe it's back due to theming here as it's a basically a plant festival...

Well, I'm glad I have 2 days at Epcot for this or they would be rolling me to the Skyliner. I think I have more on my list for this than I did for Festival of the Holidays.

We are going to this festival for the first time ever. I’m so excited! Now I can make a plan for the menus. I have two and a half days planned for Epcot. I hope to try most of the things on my list. And I can’t wait to see the topiaries!

We have two full days where we are starting around 11 am with one of those days being EEH plus another morning there. We will definitely have time to try it all!

The menus look great - it’s always nice to see some new things on them. Hubby and I will split a bunch of things so I think we can taste quite a bit. I can’t wait to try the new Yacht Grub and Beach Grub booths, the carrot cake liege waffle at Connections Eatery, and I must have my favorite La Vie en Rose frozen slush in France… that’s my very favorite France festival drink of the many I have tried over the years. Right now I have 34 entrees/desserts marked as “wished for” in the Food & Wine app - we shall see how far we get!

I have 21 things currently "on the list". DH and I split everything too. We will be in Orlando for a month so we should be able to get to everything! Epcot F&G is our favorite. Planning on doing the Garden Graze this year. Haven't ever done that before but there seems to be many great options.

Does anyone know if they are going to have local bands for Garden Rocks during the weekdays this year (T-W-Th)? They usually do but I can't find any schedules for them and it seems kind of late to not have them announced yet.

It appears that all of the bands for this year's festival have been announced. Some of the bands listed appear to be local; I'm not entirely sure though.

Yes, they’re listed now for Tues-Thurs shows between the rest of the Fri-Mon concerts. The first one up is Evolution Motown next Wednesday.
