"Official" 2024 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

Odd question. I was watching a blogger lastnight, and he watched the parade in Frontierland, then cut thru Adventureland and then the Emporium to get to the front ( to catch the parade again). He waited at a crosswalk spot, and the CM let him cross between floats. (Somewhere at the end pretty much)
Long story long, my question: Is there other spots they let you cross quickly during the parade on actual Mainstreet? I ask because this gave me hope to watch the first parade where he watched, and then cut thru Adventureland to get to Mainstreet, but I need to get across to get to dessert party. If the spot he crossed at is the only spot, we'll just do that and walk back up the other side to TT. Trying to arrive at TT 9-9:10 so we have 20-30 min for desserts before heading to garden.

Does Star Traders have all of the party merchandise or only a few things?

Yes, it is in the hub area, on the right side of the partners statue if you are facing the castle. It is a roped off area.We showed up about an hour early for the parade during MNSSHP and were the first ones there. The CM had us line up outside the roped area and started letting us in about 45 min before the parade. I like that they walked each group in separately to their spots.

How many family members are allowed in? We have a large group but I think the “kids” would rather do rides than the parade.
Also, can we stay in the same spot for fireworks?

I saw some big groups. But they will ask if your entire party is present when you first enter but afterward they can leave the area. Just check with a CM as they will give you a password to get back in.

No, you cannot stay there for fireworks. Fireworks viewing is behind where the dessert party seating is. In front of Caseys Corner.

I’m of two minds on this since the party is our main MK day. We will have been up early for our flight in, and if we take a 1-2 hour nap we probably will be getting to the party around 4:30/5. We probably would miss one of our must-do attractions which close early. Or, we could do no nap and show up at 3 to be in the park at 4. We would be more tired but would get more attractions in. I feel torn!

We have a 4:00 pm ADR at 1900 Park Fair on our party night.

Unless I get extremely lucky and can grab a LLSP for Tron 4-6, we wont arrive until 5-5:30 for our ADR at Tony's at 5:50.

For what it’s worth, I’ve done MK as my main MK and party day twice in the past and both times, we ended up leaving after the second parade because we were too tired to continue enjoying it. It was an amazing day, both times. But for me, being able to enjoy the party to the fullest has now become my priority.

Last year during the fireworks it did. We rushed to do that and 7DMT with short waits.

Just updating here, that I was able to purchase LLSP with only a party ticket for 12/3.
