Just to follow-up, I just chatted with their customer support and they did clarify that the MNSSHP tickets are non-refundable, and they also said they would work on changing the verbiage on the tickets to make it more clear. They just posted the tickets for sale today, so some kinks to work out.
I have been looking at the MNSSHP tickets on Undercovertourist since they went on sale May 2nd. Up until yesterday, under the eticket description it said non-refundable. Last night and today it didn't have non-refundable under it. Anyways, I ordered my tickets and got them immediately by email. Under the eticket was their policy and it didn't say anything about non-refundable, just that they could be changed and were refundable. Don't know if it was a mistake on their part or something they changed.

Running out of all merch? Not likely

Running out of certain sizes? absolutely

ETA- Think of it from disney’s point of view. There is no real reason to hold back a bunch of merchandise because if for some reason it doesn’t sell on those last two nights they’re going to get stuck with it and that means it’s going to end up at either cast connections or the outlets.

We went to MNSSHP on October 20th last year, and they were sold out of plenty of Merch for the season. Barely had anything left. I'd been hoping to get the candy bowl last year, it was long gone. Hope they are better prepared this year.

I just called UT and the woman said that the following is true and that the tickets are 95% refundable if bought within the last 90 days and not after the party ticket date:

Refund Policy

365-Day Return Policy - 95% of the item(s) order amount will be refunded back to you. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Tickets must have been purchased within the last 90 days and not gone past the start date selected. They cannot have been modified by Disney Guest Services or through My Disney Experience or been activated by entering the park. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team so we can give you instructions to make the process run smoothly.

Expiration

Ticket expires upon redemption and is only valid on selected visit date.

Thank you for posting the info! The 90 say rule is new this year for the party tickets bought from UT. They didn't have that requirement last year.

I understand tickets are non-refundable. Do they have to be assigned to someone when purchased? I don’t know yet if my mom or dad will be traveling with us. Can I buy a ticket and then either can use it when the decision is made? Alternatively, if neither can go can I give that ticket to someone else? Is there a way to transfer it to them?
I just bought tickets 14 tickets and can reassign most everyone..... except those who have MDE accounts that are linked to me. I added 10 of the 14 people using thier names and need to link them later to there accounts and a tab is by there names giving me an option to reassign. Hope that helps.

I have a few questions. First, how soon do the late October parties sell out? We are looking at Oct. 24.

That's a Tuesday; do weekdays have lower crowds at the Party?

On the 24th, our current plan is to do a regular park day at MK, then just stay for the Party. What would be your park commando plan once the party starts? Our goal would be to do a lot of rides, and probably watch the second Halloween parade.

Many parties sell out so not sure if there are many lower crowd parties. In the posts on page 1 of this thread there are links to earlier years’ parties (or can be searched) and those threads show sell out dates. Not sure if they include the date when they sold out.

You’re making a good choice going to MK on a party day as historically crowds are lower on party days, until 4pm.

I chatted with UndercoverTourist support on May 2. I asked about the confusion between the 365-days mentioned followed by the 90 days mentioned. The support person told me "Please disregard the 90 day verbage as it is no longer applicable and is in the process of being removed from the website."

I have the chat saved in my email. Seems like they are still giving conflicting messages.

We bought tickets from them for years and everything was great, had an issue a couple of years ago that soured me, I'd rather pay full price and not have to deal with the bad experience again. Best of luck to all that do though.
