We tried to play this once but we really didn't understand what we were doing. We couldn't get a few of the stops to work, we just gave up. Anyone want to take the time to explain this to me? (Or maybe someone knows a website or thread that will)

My teens know much more about it than I do! I know there are Facebook groups that are great about giving some information and even trading.

I know you have to stand in a certain spot to activate it. I'll look for good instructions for you, I have to refresh myself as well.

So how many cards are there for the MK game? Will I get most of them if I go to MK, three times and ask?

There are a total of 70 cards (not counting the party cards). Each person in your party should receive 1 pack of cards (I can't remember if it's 5 or 7 cards per pack) per day, but I believe now you must open a new portal before receiving another pack on your next visit. In other words, you can no longer just get packs, you must play too. I believe the only way to get the super rare cards is to purchase the board game or find someone to trade with. Have fun!!!

There are 70 cards plus party cards you get at MNSSHP and MVMCP. Every card is numbered in the lower left hand corner such as 1/70. Cards 61-70 are only available in the booster packs you can buy at the emporium on main street. Each time you get more cards you'll be given packs of 5 for each person playing the game in your party. Lots of duplicates! Took us a few vacations to get cards 1-60.

I'd be pretty surprised if tomorrow was the drop date for Canadians. It was the same date for Canadians/U.S./Visa card holders last year. Canadians just had an extra week on their offer (In August). I'm sure that there is no way around booking the Canadian offers if you aren't Canadian. Which is probably fair given that we're paying 37 cents more on every dollar . Our exchange is horrible right now. Any little boost to get us to come still doesn't put us anywhere near a level offer. It's simply costing us more no matter what.

The earliest it would be able to drop is when all of our US time zones are on the drop date.

I guess if you only counted continental US, but with a 4 AM Monday morning drop, it was still Sunday in Hawaii. Right??

Also it just occurred to me that the Air Canada Vacations site is likely showing tomorrow filled in as the date because you can't book ANY vacation that starts today. It has to be at least tomorrow to book. So it's just filling in the date you can book anything.

Did you need to have a Canadian billing address? Both my sister and I are dual citizens, but live in LA. If we can book using our home address and just show our passports that would be awesome!

I'm not 100% certain because we didn't book the Canadian deal, but my recollection was a Canadian id of some sort. Don't recall it getting into addresses.

Funny, I read it as April 8th (Australian here) and got excited, then mentally slapped myself as I've been making that mistake the whole time I've been booking this trip. But for once, I got it right!

I think it has a date for tomorrow since that is the soonest you could travel, not many people book same day travel. i don't think the date on that means they are releasing it tomorrow. it has never been released on a Saturday before.

The theory it could be released Monday is based off the last several years US free dining has been released four days after UK. UK was released yesterday.

I don't have an exact link but you can search "sorcerers of the magic kingdom" on the Disneyworld site and it will give you some info

I don't think everyone thinks.. everyone is predicting. None of us knows, and it's fun to guess. As mentioned before, it's always released shortly after the UK offer and that would be this weekend. There were several reputable blogs that speculated it would be an early release for a number of reasons. So there's some positive indicators. There's also several negative indicators like the one you mentioned.
Nobody knows and all anyone is doing is having fun and guessing at this point.
