EDIT: got an email stating that it was sold. Perhaps the trolling allowed the email, or maybe the concentration of the day was for listings active and my offer was null anyway. Either way, grateful for at least the acknowledgment.

Just had my first offer not responded to. Made an offer on the site Sat. By Monday afternoon, I emailed someone else at the same firm. No email back, but at the time of my second attempt prior to 2:00 PM today, the listing was still there. Just got home from work, and I looked at the site. It's- 8:00 PM, and now it's gone. So... if you made an offer for HH for Oct UY with 60 points, /120 for 2021/, I could not get an email back from the company that charges a 199 broker fee. I've purchased from them before. Would at least have liked a response. Offered the average sales price as stated in our sponsor's monthly report, but for like last January. (Guess a few months makes a big difference. lol)
Thought it was a fair starting point. It looked like a nice contract. My message, though, is just a post about the customer service a past customer received. Still going to look for a contract, but not with them, I guess. With fidelity, I will search elsewhere.
They don't usually work weekends.
someone probably offered full price on it before they came back to work

They had a bunch of contracts show up last week that weren't really available. I put a couple of offers in on different contracts. No response except on one and the broker said it was a glitch in their system and they weren't available. That might have been a lingering one that no one caught was still sitting on site.

I can't help but laugh at the $170 pp AKV contract. If there would be any savings compared to direct it would have to be very, very minimal.

 That's so weird. They have a fully loaded Poly contract just above that one for $164 ... something is outta whack.

That happened to me a few weeks ago with another company. After a few days they finally got ahold of the seller and was told they would only accept a full price offer. So we passed lol

I almost offered on that HHI but I'm not sure on DVC HHI vs Marriott MGO. I had offered on a SSR with that group and got a quick response, but the seller rejected my low offer. I offered a full price on another site and the broker took a few days to respond and did so asking a question, then took a couple of more days to respond after I confirmed the offer. That was a week ago and nothing. But, other brokers have listing that are simply nonsensical in asking price. My wife and I were just talking about buying direct as the price delta isn't that great compared to many of the current resale listings.

Gonna have to agree you might be right. I just got an email it was sold. I might have jumped the gun on this.
