Offer Accepted!

We just returned from a 10 day trip to Disney, and hubby and I went on the DVC tour. We had researched prior to going the ins and outs of buying direct vs. resale. I had one thing in my mind that I wanted, but after this vacation and staying at the Poly, DH said, the only place he would buy would be on the monorail! Imagine my extreme joy! I originally was looking for what was cheapest since we are fairly flexible. We toured at BLT on our last day. He LOVED this resort. Of course they were really pushing the GFV and he actually kept asking me if we should do it there. When we got home, we got on some email lists of resales, and he started crunching numbers and value, etc when we got home on the ones that were listed. BLT resales seem to go fast and we actually lost out on making an offer because we were too slow in communicating with each other. We got on the same page so that when one popped up again we could pull the trigger right away.

So yesterday, we saw a new one posted, and within minutes we submitted an offer! It was exactly what we were looking for. By yesterday evening our offer was accepted. Now we fill out the paper work and wait!

Congrats!! We stayed at the CR once and I fell in love. We have been over at the CR and BLT for a few visits and I just love it there. We have our 1st stay at BLT coming up in Oct and I am super excited. DH hasn't been a big fan, so I am hoping this trip changes his mind. Anyway, OP, good luck with ROFR!!!
