Off Topic: We found a house!!

Well, we've been house hunting and we've found one we want to put an offer on. It's an older home that has partial knob and tub wiring still in use that needs to be replaced. Does anyone know approximately how much something like this runs? We have no idea.... Also, it needs some new windows and all should be replaced because they are old single paned and not energy efficient. Any idea how much window replacement generally runs? We're trying to figure out all this so we can offer them a good price for the house in relation to the necessary repairs...
I'm hoping there's some electricians or home repair people on this board. Thanks for your help!

Post this on the Community Board. You'll get better responses. There are at least 1 or 2 contractors that frequent that board.
