Off topic - Disney On Ice

We went last Saturday and really enjoyed it - although DS got a bit scared at the Nemo bit!

We went on the 17th of Sept for DD's 3rd birthday, We all loved it but it has made us miss disney even more :sad1:

My DD is still going on about they sharks :rotfl:

i took photos last year and even got some video on my camera

Yeah they say at the start that you can take photos but no flash photography but everyone just kept their flash on anyway :confused3

We got some great photos :cool1:

They sell slush puppies and popcorn, The slush puppies come in a plastic cup that you can take home, We got a princess one for DD and a stich one for DS the cups are great and stitch is really heavy, Think they cost 6 pounds each, The slush itself was yuck! tasted just like ice with food colouring added

The popcorn comes with a gold crown but we didnt buy these as the kids dont like popcorn

Great news, we've seen a few Disney on Ice shows and they are fab. :goodvibes

We got some fab photos. It says on the tickets no professional photography equipment.

Our son got the crown with Mickey ears and Mickey binoculars this time. When we saw the Princess stage show in March he got the take home cup (with yucky slush!!) And a sword. I thought the merchandise was much better this time.

I'm putting the crown away safely so he can wear it when we're at DLP in March.

We saw it last Sunday in Belfast. My DD2 (3 yrs) told everyone we went to France for the day - OK it's a long drive for us to Belfast, but not that long! Great show.

We got back from seeing the show in Nottingham today - I recognised bits of it from when we saw a show with the same name a few years ago, but it was very enjoyable and well worth seeing.
I think the shows that feature various movies work better than those that are based around just one story.

I was especially impressed with the Genie's skating!

DW and I are off to see this show at the O2 on the 24th Oct. I'm realy looking forward to seeing it now after reading these reviews.

We've got to wait till 13th November to see it in Birmingham............ getting really quite excited now :thumbsup2 We booked as a Christmas Disney treat before the 40% offer got extended, then booked DLP as well, really cant wait!:banana::banana:
