If you've never been to Sweet Tomatoes, definitely try it! I look forward to it everytime we're in Florida. Soup and salad buffet...Also bread, a few other things like baked potatoes and pasta, and dessert. Sign up on their website as they always send coupons. Not sure of the closest one to Universal, but there are several in the Orlando area.
