Off-site restaurants for Thanksgiving?

I'm hoping some friendly Orlando locals will chime in.

What's a good place to eat dinner on Thanksgiving? It doesn't have to be turkey and stuffing.

Do Orlando restaurants do good business on T-day? I'd rather avoid crowds and long waits for a table unless there's something special and memorable.
